What is the return/exchange policy?

Because we offer custom printed items, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. If the received product doesn't match the submitted mockup, within a reasonable limit, we will redo the order at no extra cost. It is the consumer's responsibility to check the size guides and product description, and to make sure all of the spelling/grammar is correct.

Do you offer samples?

Because of the amount of orders we process on a daily basis, we do not do free samples. However, you are always welcome to place a smaller order to see what the finished product will look like. Please note that we do not guarantee the exact same printing method for all orders. For example, for an order of 100 shirts, we might use silkscreen, whereas we would use vinyl for the same print on 2 shirts.

What is the easiest and fastest way to get into contact with someone at InstaCustoms?

We answer all emails and phone calls during regular business hours, and if you need to inquire about our services outside business hours, we process messages and emails the minute we get back to work the next day!

Where are you located?

We are located in the heart of downtown Montreal, QC at 1461 Stanley (inside of the Peel metro) H3A 1P4.

Do you offer products made in North America?

We have American Apparel, which manufactures some products in the USA.

Do you sell products made in Canada?

While we print all our items in Montreal, we currently do not sell Canadian made products. We are still on the lookout for that perfect fit!

Do you offer sponsorships?

No, we do not.

Can I bring my own garments to be printed on?

Yes, you can! Please get in contact with one of our customer representatives for further details as you won’t be able to place your order online.

How is my order shipped?

Once your order is completed, we will ship it with the fastest shipping company. Your order will be carefully packaged and inspected prior to it’s departure from our offices.

How long does it usually take to complete an order?

We are the fastest printers available. We start production on your placed order RIGHT AWAY. Usually for a standard order, we ship it within 2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you!

What is the best resolution for my artwork?

A high quality PNG or JPEG is preffered!

Do you offer sleeve printing?

For printing on sleeves, we are happy to do it. Please get in touch with someone at InstaCustoms to get the process started.

My image isn't of good quality. Can you fix it?

We will always contact you if there is an issue with the image you have submitted. We will work with our customers to ensure the result is what they want.

What type of files do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPEG and JIF. If you have another type of file on hand, please contact us and we will help you.

How is your pricing determined?

We calculate pricing based on the selected product, the amount of sides it is printed on and the quantity of items purchased. It is all automatically calculated through our website.

Is there a set up costs?

No! All prices you see on our website are inclusive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa-debit, Interac e-transfers and PayPal.
